It enables pre-tinning, cleaning and maintenance of copper soldering tips in a single operation - for clean and durable solder joints. Thanks to its special composition of compressed metal powder (S-Sn97Cu3) with inorganic activators, the tinning stone is free of ammonia and lead and reduces smoke and odors during work. The application is very simple: The hot soldering tip is pressed into the tin brick with light pressure, which melts the solder and the tip is optimally cleaned and tinned. Supplied in a practical, resealable metal tin for safe storage.

Scope of delivery: 1 pewter stone in metal tin, content 100 g

RA-Clear"" Sn100Ni+/1.0 mm diameter/0.250 kg spools

Standard solder wire for manual soldering in electrical engineering, electromechanics and to a limited extent also in electronics. The flux is characterized by high temperature resistance and does not splatter during melting. Optimum wetting and spreading values that exceed the standard make this solder wire a top product among tubular solders.

HS10 electronic solder wire is a proven product of our research - it has been developed for particularly high quality requirements in industrial production applications and for fast repair and resoldering work.
HS10 solder wire boasts excellent characteristics for high levels of activity, i.e. fast spreading and electrically safe residues. The HS10 wire flux consists of halogen-activated natural resin (colophony), meaning that it conforms to IEC 61190-1-3 type ROM1.

The activated natural colophony used offers the following advantages:
  • Solid residues (no sticking, chemical/physical safety)
  • Special activator (higher spreading speed and fast soldering leading to reduced cycle times)

HS10 solder wire can be used for manual and robot soldering within the electrical engineering and electronics sectors.
The flux residues can be left on the solder joints. If cleaning is required for visual or technical reasons, the Stannol Flux-Ex 200B or Stannol Flux-Ex 500 cleaning agents offer effective cleaning."

It has been developed to satisfy high demands in conventional soldering and for soldering SMDs in industrial production as well as for repair and resoldering.

The HF32 wire flux is a halogen-free activated flux based on natural and modified resins and combines high activity and good flow properties with the minimum, bright, usually barely visible, solid and electrically safe residues.

Product features

  • Halogen-free activation
  • Reduced the amount of resin
  • High proportion of organic acids
  • Fewer vapours
