Disclosure pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Personal Data Protection Code"

This disclosure is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Personal Data Protection Code" (the "Code") and is addressed to all individuals who visit our website and interact with it. The data provided by visitors/users of the site is limited to the email address and is necessary to receive email notifications of the publication of a post and/or the submission of a form, and, in the case of card publications, to receive email contacts. The processing purposes of the provided data also include the promotion of commercial and advertising initiatives, to which you always have the option to object by requesting the deletion of the email address from the list of those targeted by the mentioned messages. Art. 7 - (Right to personal data and other rights)

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;

d) of the identifying details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or agents.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.

Cookies are small text strings that the user's visited sites send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites during the user's next visit. This type of cookie is further divided into:
1. Navigation/session cookies: Essential for navigating within the site using all its features, such as maintaining the session and accessing reserved areas. They are strictly necessary, as without them, it would not be possible to provide the requested services. These cookies do not collect information for commercial purposes.
2. Analytical cookies: Collect and analyze information about the use of the site by visitors (pages visited, number of accesses, time spent on the site, etc.) to optimize site management. These cookies do not collect information that can identify the user.
