Safe spaces for hard disks
Installed in a 3.5-inch bay, each hard disk has its own bay in which it can be easily mounted and also removed again. Hard disk are installed and removed without a carrier and therefore without tools either.
Better safe than sorry
Both hard-drive carriers can be mounted or locked separately. Unauthorised persons will not gain access to the hard drives. Internally, the removable frame is connected using 2 SATA connectors. There are two separate 4-pin connectors for the LED indicators.
Cool and stable
The enclosure is mainly made of metal, with the front panel made separately from high-quality aluminium. Metals are known for their excellent thermal conductivity (passive convection). This ensures a certain amount of cooling without making the removable frame loud during use.
