Includes LT-M soldering tip (chisel tip 3.2 mm)
To avoid differences in potential in the work area, it is possible to use the integrated potential equalisation cable (pin 5). Thus, a desired potential equalisation for the soldering tip can be produced via the used supply unit.
Replacement tips: see ''SPITZE LT...''
Heating element: see ''52411099''
When using the tips in the PT... TIP range, the WELLER SLEEVE product is also required.
The WXP 200 soldering iron distinguishes itself by reaching the soldering tip temperature quickly and precisely. Due to its extremely high-performance 200-W heating element, excellent, dynamic behaviour is achieved. Due to its additional optimised sensor position, this soldering iron is particularly suited for soldering work with increased heat supply
range.
The WXP 200 is equipped with a use-detection system and can automatically be switched to standby operation or OFF when it is not being used. The respective operating status is indicated by the LED status display. Please refer to the operating instructions of the respective WX supply unit being used to set the standby temperature and the switching times.

The Magnastat system works by means of a permanent magnet and a ferro-magnetic temperature sensor. If the soldering tip is cold, the permanent magnet is pulled by the ferro-magnetic temperature sensor. When this happens, the switch is closed and the heating is switched on. When the temperature sensor approaches its Curie point, i.e. the selected tip temperature, its magnetic behaviour changes and the heating is switched off. If the tip cools slightly, the temperature sensor pulls again and the control circuit starts afresh. The working temperature is chosen by simply changing the soldering tip with the one attached to its temperature sensor. The Weller longlife soldering tips cover the temperature ranges 260°C, 310°C, 370°C, 425°C and 480°C.
The soldering iron is supplied with the following tip: CT5C7.
Replacement tips for 370°C can be found under ''TOP CT5...''.
The WXP 120 soldering iron distinguishes itself by reaching the soldering tip temperature quickly and precisely. Due to its particularly high-performance 120-W heating element,
excellent dynamic behaviour is achieved. Together with the slim design and the short distance from the handle to the soldering tip, this soldering iron can be used universally from extremely fine
soldering work to work with an increased heat requirement.
The WXP 120 is equipped with a use-detection system and can automatically be switched to standby operation or off when it is not being used. The respective operating status is indicated by the LED status display. Please refer to the operating instructions of the respective WX supply unit being used to set the standby temperature and the switching times.
