Developed in collaboration with Jon ""elmor"" Sandström, the 90° WireView Pro GPU connects to the graphics card's 12VHPWR power connector and connects to the power supply unit via the power cable. An OLED display shows the power consumption data. The Pro version has plug detection and temperature sensors, as well as a buzzer which emits an acoustic warning signal if the adjustable limit value for temperature and current is exceeded, or if the cable is not connected correctly or a cable with the wrong specifications is connected.

The 90° version of the WireView Pro GPU fulfils the function of a 90° adapter in which the connection cable from the power supply unit (when installing the GPU horizontally) is routed downwards towards the bottom of the housing. The previous versions are U-shaped adapters in which the cable from the mains plug runs over the backplate of the GPU."

In addition to voltage, current, power consumption and temperature, the system detects the current distribution on each individual wire of the connector in order to detect contact issues at an early stage. If defined limits are exceeded, the integrated TFT display provides visual and acoustic warnings - the system can be switched off automatically as an option. A semi-passive fan in combination with a CNC-machined aluminium housing ensures reliable cooling. The WireView Pro II also serves as a 90°adapter for a clean tidy routing and is available in different connection orientations. An integrated memory logs operating data over several years and supports error analysis. Operation takes place directly on the device or via the supplementary WireView2 software.
