Not all monitors have good speakers
With the extractor, you route the audio signals to a speaker system via S/PDIF (optical) or analog via 3.5mm connectors, and the pure image signal goes to the screen.

Extract audio signals and send to home theater system:
The HDMI 4K2K Audio Extractor allows you to extract audio signals at up to 192 kHz without distortion from the HDMI signal and send it to your home theater system.
The converter box has an optical S/PDIF jack and four 3.5 mm jack outputs for connecting to a stereo, 5.1 or 7.1 speaker system.
The extractor is suitable for all devices that send audio data via an HDMI output: Apple TV, DVD players and Blu-ray players, but also consoles like Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
After splitting, the extractor outputs the pure image signal to the TV, supporting resolutions up to 4K and 3D effects.
The video signal is not affected.
Whether you're a gamer or a cineaste, the Audio Extractor is ideal for enhancing your home theater or gaming hi-fi experience via surround sound headphones or system.
