The DS1000Z Series digital oscilloscopes use the Ultravision technology platform, which takes advantage of deep storage and high waveform capture rates to provide a very good cost-performance advantage. The innovative DS1000Z Plus series comes standard with a digital channel interface that can be upgraded to a full MSO with an additional logic probe.
12 Mpts memory depth
The standard 12 M memory depth (default digital channel configuration 6 M) allows the user to fully consider the overall situation and details of the waveform, and maintain the high sampling rate over time to avoid missing any waveform changes.
Hardware waveform recording and playback function
The DS1000Z Series records waveform changes and plays back the waveform as needed. This makes it easy to find any points of failure.
Digital fluorescence display
The grayscale display, similar to the effect of a fluorescent display, allows you to track even the smallest changes in waveform. The Plus model provides 16 digital logic channels, making it more convenient to test multiple analog and digital signals simultaneously and analyze logic signals easily and quickly.

The UPO1000CS series is a multifunctional, cost-effective digital phosphor oscilloscope. It can be used in electronic and electrical design, troubleshooting, education and industrial design. The UPO1000CS series uses parallel digital signal processing technology that dramatically improves data processing speed and waveform acquisition rate. The original ultra-phosphor technology can represent the cumulative effect of the tested signal as a multi-layered afterglow. Compared to conventional digital storage oscilloscopes, digital phosphor oscilloscopes can display three-dimensional waveform data of amplitude, time and signal intensity. Fast Acquire technology can accurately capture abnormal events such as video, jitter, noise and runt signals.
Web control
The oscilloscope can be connected via the website and controlled remotely. It supports operation on two platforms: PC and mobile phone. This eliminates the need to install local programs, saving space and time.
