The NF-A4x20 is a highly optimized, quiet 40x20mm fan in premium quality, which draws on future-oriented aerodynamic design measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels and Noctua's AAO frame system. The PWM version uses Noctua's specially designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control via 4-pin connections and is supplied with a low-noise adapter, through which the maximum speed in PWM operation can be reduced from 5000 to 4400rpm. Its outstanding smoothness, the SSO2 reference class bearing and Noctua's proven premium quality make the NF-A4x20 PWM a choice for the highest demands.
40x20 mm format
Compared to Noctua's award-winning NF-A4x10, the NF-A4x20 has twice the depth of its construction. This enables higher pressure performance and makes the NF-A4x20 the perfect choice for applications with higher air resistance.
Flow Acceleration Channels
The impeller of the NF-A4x20 is equipped with so-called flow acceleration channels on the suction side. The acceleration of the air flow in the critical outer regions of the fan blades reduces the suction-side vortex-ablation, resulting in higher efficiency and lower turbulence-related noise emission.
AAO frame system
Noctua's AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimization) frames have built-in vibration buffers and a stepped inlet design (stepped inlet Design) and an interior microstructure (Inner surface Microstructures), which enable even better performance/noise efficiency.
Stepped Inlet Design
The stepped inlet area of the stepped inlet design creates more turbulence in the inlet. This facilitates the transition from laminar to turbulent flow, which is better attached to the frame (flow attachment) and thus increases the suction capacity of the fan, especially when the intake area is limited.
Inner Surface Microstructures
The microstructure inside the frame (Inner surface Microstructures) creates a boundary layer through which the tips of the fan blades move. This reduces the current separation from the suction side of the leaf tips, which results in a significant reduction of the rotton and an increase in the efficiency of the pressure and airflow.
Anti-Vibration Pads
The anti-vibration pads, made from extra-soft silicone, reduce the transmission of minimal vibrations and are compatible with all standard screws as well as standard mounting systems or fan clips used in CPU coolers.
PWM IC WITH SCD
The fan supports fully automatic speed control via PWM and uses Noctua's specially designed NE-FD3 chip for this purpose. This 5V PWM IC integrates Noctua's smooth commutation Drive (SCD) technology, which minimizes PWM switching noise and makes the fan even quieter at low speeds.
OmniJoin Adapter set

Just like the square NF-A12x25, the round NF-A12x25r has an unprecedented narrow impeller gap of just 0.5mm, which is made possible by the use of the new Sterrox® liquid crystal polymer (LCP) mixture and a metal-reinforced hub and axle clamp.
Caution:
The round frame version of the NF-A12x25r has hole spacing of 93x83 mm. This version is therefore incompatible with commercially available square fans that require hole spacing of 105x105 mm for use in PC enclosures, water cooling radiators or CPU coolers. Please use the classic square NF-A12x25 for such applications.

Vortex-Control Notch
Vortex-Control notch columns turbulence at the rear edge of the fan blades is divided into several particle currents, thus distributing the noise emission of the fan over a wider frequency spectrum. This makes the fan's running sound more comfortable for the human ear.
PWM IC WITH SCD
The fan supports fully automatic speed control via PWM and uses Noctua's specially designed NE-FD1 chip for this purpose. This unique PWM IC integrates Noctua's smooth commutation Drive (SCD) technology, which minimizes PWM switching noise and makes the fan even quieter at low speeds.

Flow Acceleration Channels
The impeller of the NF-A4x10 is equipped with so-called Flow Acceleration Channel at the suction side.
The stepped inlet area of the causes more turbulence in the inlet. This facilitates the transition from laminar to turbulent flow, which is better attached to the frame (flow attachment) and thus increases the suction capacity of the fan, especially when the intake area is limited.
Integrated Anti-Vibration Pads
The anti-vibration pads, made from extra-soft silicone, reduce the transmission of minimal vibrations and are compatible with all standard screws as well as standard mounting systems or fan clips used in CPU coolers.
PWM IC WITH SCD
The NF-A6x25 PWM supports fully automatic speed control via PWM and uses Noctua's specially designed NE-FD1 chip for this purpose. This new PWM IC integrates Noctua's smooth commutation Drive (SCD) technology, which minimizes PWM switching noise and makes the fan even quieter at low speeds.
Low-Noise Adapter
The NF-A6x25 PWM is supplied with a (L.N.A.) that reduces the maximum speed from 3000 to 2300rpm. This allows you to operate the fan at a constant 2300rpm or limit the maximum speed in PWM operation.
Comprehensive Connectivity Options
While the 20cm short primary cable helps to avoid cable clutter in typical applications, the included 30cm extension provides extra range for all cases. Both cables are fully sheathed and a 4-pin Y-cable allows a second PWM fan to be controlled at the same connection.

Award winning NF-A14 design
With more than 100 recommendations and awards from the international trade press, the NF-A14 has become a reference in the field of high-quality 140mm fans. Its outstanding efficiency has already convinced tens of thousands of customers around the world.
2000rpm industrialPPC version
Thanks to the increased maximum speed to 2000rpm, the NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000 offers a significant performance increase compared to the 1500rpm retail version. Together with the robust polyamide construction and the extended protection features of the industralPPC line, this makes the fan a perfect choice for demanding industrial applications.
Three-Phase Engine Design
While most axial fans use single-phase motors with four anchors, Noctua's industrialPPC models use a three-phase design with six anchors that provides smoother transitions between anchors, allowing for even greater smoothness, lower vibration, and even better energy efficiency.
Leading Energy Efficiency
The standard version of the NF-A14 is already one of the most energy-efficient 1500rpm 140mm fans on the market. Nevertheless, the industrialPPC version with its three-phase motor offers a further 10% lower power consumption at a 2000rpm comparison speed.
Fiberglass Reinforced Polyamide Construction
Both the impeller and the frame of Noctuas industrialPPC fans are made entirely of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. This makes the fan even more robust and shatterproof than standard Noctuas made from fiberglass-reinforced PBT.
Certified IP52 water and dust protection
Thanks to a special coating of the motor and the PCB, the NF-A14 industrialPPC complies with protection class IP52. This means that the fan is not only extremely dust-resistant, but also withstands dripping water at the rate of...
