LOCTITE® 4011 is an instant adhesive for the fast attachment and assembly of various materials where uniform stress distribution and high tensile and shear strength are required. Using the LOCTITE® SF 7701 primer, it is possible to assemble materials that are difficult to bond (PP, PE, PTFE). It is also suitable for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and textiles.
LOCTITE 4011 is tested in accordance with Henkel's ISO 10993 protocols for use in disposable medical products.
- Very high strength for close-fitting components
- Ideal for acidic and/or porous materials
- Sticks difficult-to-bond plastics in combination with LOCTITE® SF 7701 primer
- Biocompatible in accordance with ISO 10993
A low-odour, low-bloom, 1-component universal instant adhesive, ideal for applications with high aesthetic requirements
LOCTITE® 460 is a low-odour, low-bloom instant adhesive. The low-viscosity product is ideal for applications where odour and/or blooming are a concern. LOCTITE 460 achieves rapid bonding of metals, elastomers and plastics. For difficult-to-bond plastics such as PP, PE and PTFE, a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 770 is required.
- Low odour for applications where vapours must be avoided
- Low bloom for visually demanding applications
- Low viscosity
- Bonds plastics, elastomers and metals
Ester base: Ethyl cyanoacrylate
Colour: clear / colourless
Viscosity: Gel, thixotropic (Brookfield) at 25°C
Temperature resistance: 82°C
Cyanoacrylate-based, dual moisture and light-curing, rigid, transparent adhesive. Bonds plastics, elastomers and metals and is surface-dry in seconds.
LOCTITE® 4305 is a transparent, dual moisture and light-curing, rigid cyanoacrylate-based adhesive with high plastic adhesion and low-intensity light hardening. Touch-dry in just two seconds, while surface dryness is reached in less than five seconds.
Almost no blooming. The adhesive hardens in narrow adhesion gaps using surface moisture and is also ideal for bonding rubber and metals.
- Adheres well to plastic, rubber and metals
- Hardens by irradiation with low-intensity light
- Two-fold curing: with UV/visible light and moisture
- Surface dry in seconds
- Biocompatible in accordance with ISO 10993 for selected medical devices
- Suitable for hard-to-glue plastics in combination with the LOCTITE® SF 770/7701 primer

Processing/instructions for use
Bonding surfaces must fit exactly and be clean, dry and free from grease. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the faster it dries. Press the parts together immediately and hold them together for a short time. Blowing on the bond will make the adhesive dry faster. Wipe the dosing tip dry and close it tightly after use. Store in a cool place for a longer shelf life.
