With the DIGITUS® 2-port KVM switch, you have the option of operating two 4K-capable PCs via a single USB keyboard and mouse. You can conveniently switch between the two PCs at the touch of a button or using the remote control supplied and save yourself the hassle of having to reconnect all the cables. The output to a monitor is either via the integrated HDMI® or DisplayPort™ output. Audio signals from the microphone and speakers can also be switched. There are also two USB 3.0 ports on the front, which can be used for additional peripheral devices such as USB sticks or external hard disks on both PCs. If you set up the KVM switch in an inaccessible location, you can use the supplied IR receiver including connection cable without the KVM switch itself having to be within range of the remote control. Status LEDs on the front of the switch show you the current configuration at all times. The slimline switch is rounded off by the robust metal housing and the option of wall mounting.
