Besonders praktisch ist hier die Möglichkeit, eine Meldeverzögerung für mehrmals täglich genutzte Türen zu definieren, um ein ständiges Öffnen und Schließen der Heizkörperventile zu vermeiden. The Homematic IP window and door contact for concealed installation unobtrusively monitors doors and windows within the Homematic IP smart home system. The 15 mm flat sensor is glued to the inside of the frame in just a few simple steps, where it reliably detects the respective state of the window with the help of a photoelectric sensor. Once installed, the window and door contact enables the automatic lowering of the room temperature during ventilation or also the triggering of the Homematic IP siren in the event of unauthorized access by third parties. A built-in sabotage contact reliably detects unwanted manipulation or disassembly of the sensor. The Homematic IP app also displays the respective status at any time.
