Who hasn't done this before: turned up the heating in the evening so you can go into a warm bathroom in the morning. You would like to turn down all of the thermostats during the day, but that means cooled-down rooms. As a result, people often opt for a medium temperature, which leads to increased energy consumption in the long run.
With Homematic IP, this is a thing of the past. The heating starter set not only makes living so much more comfortable, but also ensures energy savings of up to 30% at the same time. This is made possible by automatic, demand-based control of the respective room temperature via Homematic IP radiator thermostats. Two pieces are included in the set, which is completed by the Homematic IP access point. This establishes the connection to the free app, which is used for setup and control - even when on the move!

- Universal switch actuator for switching circulator pumps, boilers, electric radiators and other consumers via two channels
- Intelligently switching the heating system means that the heat supply can be controlled according to demand, resulting in the more efficient use of heating energy.

The practical keyring remote control and the Homematic IP door lock drive are the ideal solution for a convenient and intelligent way to unlock, lock or open your door. The remote control replaces a conventional key and enables
one-touch access to a Smart home.

Detects opening and closing of windows and enables automatic lowering of heating
The Homematic IP window and door contact is part of the Homematic IP smart home system and reliably monitors doors and windows.
For this purpose, the innovative sensor does not rely on the usual magnetic contacts, but on a sophisticated optical sensor.
This eliminates the need for the otherwise additionally required magnet, which reduces the installation effort.
The built-in infrared photoelectric sensor monitors the door or window and thus detects the open/closed state.
In the Homematic IP system, the small sensor performs several tasks at once.
On the one hand, it ensures that the heat supply is automatically reduced during ventilation by informing the Homematic IP radiator thermostat as soon as a window or an external door is opened.
A particularly practical feature here is the option of defining a message delay for doors that are used several times a day, in order to avoid constant opening and closing of the radiator valves.
On the other hand, the sensor reliably monitors access to one's own four walls in the event of absence. When the alarm mode is activated, the Homematic IP siren can be activated in the event of an unauthorized window opening.
The app also sends an alert message to the user in the form of a push notification.
This gives the user the opportunity to react promptly to the dangerous situation.
The small sensor, which weighs 30 grams, works so effectively that it can run for around two years on the power of one AAA battery.
If the battery capacity runs low, the Homematic IP app notifies the user. The low sensor weight allows reliable attachment via double-sided adhesive tape.
This is supplied together with an additional brown cover cap and a reflector foil.
If the window or door material does not allow mounting with adhesive tape, the two tiny screws supplied can be used.
- ensures that the room temperature is lowered during ventilation, e.g. in conjunction with the Homematic IP radiator thermostat
- integrated infrared light barrier detects opening and closing of windows
- flexible mounting with included adhesive strips or screws
- white and brown housing caps for individual adaptation to window frames

- The metering function reliably detects switched-on devices - therefore, the switch actuator and meter can be used in existing cross and two-way circuits

- Compact design for installation in standard flush-mounting boxes
- Can also be integrated into existing switches by making use of existing frames and rockers
- With the appropriate adapter, the device can be integrated into the most popular switch designs of leading manufacturers: Busch-Jaeger, Gira, Merten, Berker, Jung, düwi, Kopp
- A neutral conductor is required for installation
- Can be used with the Access Point in connection with the Homematic IP app, the Homematic Central Control Unit CCU2 as well as with various partner solutions
The Homematic IP Switch Actuator and Meter for brand switches is part of the Homematic IP smart home system. With the actuator, ohmic loads with a maximum power of 1150 W can be switched traditionally via wall-mount remote control or easily using the free Homematic IP app. Furthermore, the corresponding power consumption can be detected. Thanks to its compact design, the switch actuator and meter comfortably fits into standard flush-mounted boxes.
The existing switches can be replaced in only a few single steps if, next to the phase conductor, also a neutral conductor is available in the flush-mounted box. The integrated metering function reliably detects switched-on devices - therefore, the switch actuator and meter can be used in existing cross and two-way circuits.
Thanks to various adapters available, the dimming actuator can be integrated into the most common brand switch systems of Busch-Jaeger, Gira, Merten, Berker, Jung, Düwi and Kopp. The standby power consumption is approximately only 0.2 W.
