M.2 slots and bifurcation
The card expands the PCI Express slot with two M.2 NVMe slots. To achieve this, the mainboard's PCIe bifurcation function is needed to split the PCIe signal.
Note
The mainboard must support PCIe x8x4x4 mode so that all connections can be used. Without bifurcation, only the PCI Express x16 slot works.
