The basic mode of operation is based on two overlapping operating modes:
1. tap as remote control:
The temperature sensor on the riser registers every slightest change in water temperature. If a tap anywhere in the house is opened only briefly, a short burst of hot water shoots into the riser and is immediately registered by the temperature sensor - the pump is switched on.
After a short time, hot water is available at the tap.

2. predictive circulation (self-learning timer):
At regular consumption times, CIRCON automatically starts the circulation pump in advance so that there are no more unnecessary waiting times. CIRCON is therefore constantly ''learning'' and constantly compares the predictive running times with the actual tapping times.
Cyclical peculiarities, such as weekends, are reliably recognized and handled individually.

Additional functions:
1. automatic vacation switching
To avoid unnecessary costs, all pump runs are automatically stopped during longer periods of absence (vacation). As soon as water is drawn off again, the rhythm of habits learned before the absence is reactivated.
Drinking water hygiene is guaranteed by regular flushing.

2. drinking water hygiene
If the water remains in the circulation system for too long, a flush is triggered automatically.
If the boiler control system also includes regular thermal disinfection (''legionella control''), the pump run is synchronized to this.

3. energy balancing
CIRCON keeps comprehensive running statistics and shows them clearly on the LED display.

4. diagnosis and protection function
To avoid wasting energy unnecessarily and to prevent damage to your heating system, CIRCON is equipped with extensive patented diagnostic functions:
1. only a functioning non-return valve prevents tapping via the return as well as energy-consuming gravity circulation. A malfunction is reliably detected and displayed.
