Description:
The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 µV and maximum drift of 0.6 µV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/#Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/µs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems. A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively. The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 % and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications. PSRR and CMRR exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, coupled with long term drift of 0.2 µV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs. Low cost, high volume production of OP27 is achieved by using an on-chip Zener zap-trimming network. This reliable and stable offset trimming scheme has proven its effectiveness over many years of production history. The OP27 provides excellent performance in low noise, high accuracy amplification of low level signals. Applications include stable integrators, precision summing amplifiers, precision voltage threshold detectors, comparators, and professional audio circuits such as tape heads and microphone preamplifiers.

The fuse boxes of the DISBOX-F series have a degree of protection IP65 and are therefore ideally suited for use in damp rooms. The surface-mounted damp room distributor is made of high-quality acrylester-stirene-acrylonitrile (ASA) and is therefore more weather-resistant than conventional ABS housings. The high impact resistance and degree of protection IP65 of the fuse box ensure that all fuses and residual current circuit breakers within the distributor are protected against all environmental influences in dry and damp rooms. All fuse boxes in this range are equipped with transparent doors, which allows a visual inspection of the fittings without opening the door.
Metric pre-stamping and flange knockouts for optimized cable routing
The damp room distributors of the DISBOX-F series are equipped with metric pre-stamping and, depending on the size, also with pre-stamping for flange plate outbreaks in the lower part of the housing. These allow cable glands or cable glands to be installed in the housing without much effort. This significantly reduces the assembly effort without damaging the housing wall and causing chip formation. Depending on the housing type, different metric pre-stamping is available, often 2 different sizes can be broken out depending on the requirements.
Injected rubber seal for optimum protection in the damp room
The requirements of the DISBOX-F series are an increased degree of protection (IP65) for the use of distribution boxes in damp rooms. The wet room or wet room is a concept from the construction industry. Standards and technical regulations make special demands on materials and construction methods intended for use in damp rooms. A damp room is defined differently depending on the area of expertise:
- Room with increased humidity load
- Room with constantly high humidity
- Room in which the relative humidity is permanently higher than 70%.
- A room in which the air humidity cannot be removed by a free ventilation system (for example, an open window).
- Space in which an increased humidity does not only occur periodically.
- Space in which a permanently increased humidity is to be expected due to the use.
